How to tell whether your order was with us
An order placed with us:
- was placed on oliveclothing.com. We do not sell through any other website.
- was confirmed by email from an @oliveclothing.com address.
- has an order number made up only of digits, such as 662735 (sometimes written #662735).
- appears on your card or bank statement as Olive Clothing Limited.
- was sent to you from Cheltenham, United Kingdom.
If your order does not match these, it was placed with a different business.
